As I embarked on learning a new skill, such as the resume course I’m currently tackling through Amal, I couldn’t help but wonder:
Challenges in Maintaining Focus
Was maintaining focus during the activity a struggle for you too? At times, I found it rather challenging.
Did this technique surprise you with its effectiveness? For me, it exceeded my expectations, and I even rewarded myself with a friendly chat session with a friend — a well-deserved accomplishment, in my book.
Looking ahead, I’m contemplating making the Pomodoro Technique a regular part of my routine. However, I do acknowledge the need for improvement. I must limit my accomplishment breaks to no more than 10 minutes to enhance productivity further.
Making the Pomodoro Technique a Habit
Let me share a glimpse of my Pomodoro journey on Thursday, August 31, 2023, starting at 12 pm. I marked my achievements with asterisks (*) and took 10-minute breaks after each 25-minute work session. If a distraction surfaced, I promptly noted it.
