Making an In-Person Drop
From a Chance Encounter at a Career Fair to Navigating the Path of Professional Success
I am deeply committed to my current company due to a signed contract. But I can share my experience of an in person drop with the company I already did it in past.
I’d like to share a memorable experience from my journey in the professional world. It all began when I came across the name “Datascience Dojo” during a career fair at FAST University. It was there that I had the pleasure of meeting Muhammad Hasan Akhter from their HR team. I seized the moment to deliver my elevator pitch, and the encounter was nothing short of fantastic. My enthusiasm resonated with them, and it was clear that they were interested in what I had to offer.
However, despite the promising interaction, the follow-up communication left me waiting in anticipation. Time passed, and I began to wonder if I should move on.
It was then that I decided to enhance my job-seeking knowledge through an online course of Amal, which emphasized the importance of sending follow-up emails to express continued interest.
InshaAllah, I am determined to go the extra mile. I plan to reach out to Mr. Akhter, not only to thank him for the initial opportunity but also to reaffirm my sincere desire to join the Datascience Dojo team. While I remain committed to my current role, I am nurturing the hope that my unwavering dedication and determination will eventually lead me to Datascience Dojo, a destination that holds a special place in my career aspirations.
